WOD:    For time complete:

                1 mile run

                50 hang power clean #95/65

                100 sit ups

 

Congratulations to Liz on her first pull up!  Woo Hoo!  Great Job Girl! 

 

Working hard and playing around the edges of your comfort zone is all part of it.  If you want to be better, faster, stronger, healthier than you’ve ever been, then you must do what you’ve never done.  You’ll get there.  We all have things we don’t enjoy doing.  We all have things that we are terrible at or maybe just think we are terrible.  But practicing and developing skills to improve inefficiencies will lead you to an improved you.   Surprise yourself, it’s fun!
