Warm up:  3 Rounds of:

                      10 Snatch balance

                      10 Ring dips

                      10 Levers

 

WOD1:  “Grace”

In support of Barbells for Boobs http://barbellsforboobs.com/

 

WOD2:  AMRAP 10 minutes

                10 Knees to elbows

                15 SDHP

                20 Double unders 

Another day Coach forgets the camera, so no pictures.  We’ll add them later.  Anyhoo, great job everybody on today’s workout.  “Grace” was kinda nasty but not terrible.  The AMRAP was a nice kicker though.  We want to welcome Juan to the team.  He’s working through the elements and will soon be up to speed.  Be sure to say Hello.
