“You are what your deep, driving desire is.
As your deep, driving desire is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny.”

REST DAY

A couple points of interest:

One of the values of keeping a workout journal is for the small victories.  The small improvements made over the long term.  We all recognize the big ones, and we all yearn for a big PR, but it’s the little ones that add up to more.  We also forget about these small improvements as time goes by.  Keeping records helps you stay grounded and focused on your improvements.  Maybe you came up a little short on a goal, but you made improvements in many other aspects of your health, fitness or well-being.  That’s progress, that’s improvement, that’s positive!  Journals help keep it real.

Nutrition challenge begins January 23rd.  The gist; buy in, rules, strict nutritional guidelines, before and after pictures, performance test, cash prize, 30 days, full commitment (no half assing it).  Full details coming, so start mentally preparing!

Some homework:  One hour to ponder Milk.
