WARM UP:         2x-run in place 2 minutes

                                      High knees 30 seconds

                                Dynamic 5 min

                                20 squats

                                10 jump squats

                                20 sit ups

 

SKILL:    hand stand walk practice 5 minutes

                Press 5×5

 

WOD:    10 minutes AMRAP

                10 box jumps 24/20

                10 lunges (5 fwd, 5 bkwd)

                10 double unders
