WOD A:                                For total reps/calories:

1 min row

                                Rest 1 min

                                1 min box jumps

 

Rest 5 minutes between WODS

                               

WOD B:                                For time:

Sandbag relay 200m

                                2 burpees then

Sandbag toss

                               

Both WOD’s are with a partner.  One partner is resting while the other is working.   Alternate turns on the sandbag relay.
