Warm up:

                50 lunges

                50 KB Snatch single arm

                ROM

                Max height box jump 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1

 

WOD:    21-15-9 reps for time:

                Toes to Bar

                Ring Dip weighted 20#

                Deadlift #165

                Run 200 meters between rounds

 

 

Peyton hit the WOD hard and then came back for a second time to try to better his time.  Here he goes for a PR box jump.  Great Job Today!

 

 

Two guys kicking ass.

 

 

Three more guys kicking ass.

 

 

Nick went big on his box jumps today and put his name high up on the leader board.  Awesome!
