Warm up:

                10 min step ups

                20 squats

                20 sit ups

                10 push ups

                Burgener Warm Up

 

WOD:

                2RM Snatch 2-2-2-2-2

                3 Broad jumps for distance

Max rep pull ups

120m Shuttle run

 

DURABILITY:  30 Knees-to-elbow

                           500 meter run

 

 

Gabriel is visiting us from Hawaii and is making his home gym proud!  Here he’s maxing out on pullups.  Nice work!
