This picture is good for demonstration. Mike is in a great start position, Ryan has a nice finish position overhead. If Nick is starting the “second” pull of the snatch, and his arms are bent, this is a huge loss in power. Remember to lock those arms straight untill the very last instant to pull you under the bar. But if he is actually lowering the bar for the next rep, then nevermind… Great job you guys!
