                3 rounds of:

                C laping push ups

                A ir squats

                L unges

                E xtensions

                B ox jumps

                Then 1 Barbell complex

 

WOD:  10 rounds for time of:

                5 Deadlift #225

                10 Pushups hands up at bottom

                15 Double unders
