WARM UP:         Row 2k meters

SKILL:    Find 1 rep max front squat in 20 minutes

WOD:    7 rounds for time of:

                  3 Front Squats  #185/135

                  5 L-Hang pull ups

Awesome efforts are being thrown down from all of you.  Remember that the first person finished with the WOD is the first person to cheer and support the others.   With this sequence the last person standing gets the most encouragement and support.  Keep up the efforts!  Focus on good form and push yourselves to the max!  You guys are kicking serious ass! 

Oh and if you aren’t understanding a movement completely, be sure to speak up.  You might not be the only one with a question.  Don’t be shy, I’m your coach, I want you to succeed and if I’m not completely clear, let’s work together to understand.
