Warm up:

                25 Body blasters

                5 HSPU

 

WOD:   3 Rounds for time of:

                75 Air squats

                50 Sit ups

                25 Push ups

                200 m Run

Yeah!  Jaime came back to sweat with us!  Great to see you!

Tristen only eight (8!) days out from popping is still throwing down, Shawn seems to be crying and reaching for a hug, Matt is super intense and pushing hard and Nich put out the Hero Effort.  He pushed well past his comfort zone today and dug in and just kept on going.  His effort was very inspiring and really awesome.  This entire week Nich has pushed extremely hard blowing past his preconceived limits and finding new ones.  He brings awesome energy into the team.  Great Job Man!
