                                  Tire Sled Drag #45:

                                40 ft. forward, 40 backward

                                80 ft. forward, 80 ft. forward

                                  Rest 1 min then repeat as sprint without sled.

WOD:    Tabata This:

                Mt. Climbers

                Lateral Hurdle Jumps

                Burpees

                Suicide Sprints
