Warm Up:   

                Run 1 mile or Row 2 K

               

Skill:     HSPU or Hollow Rock

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                5 Wall Climbs

                10 Toes to Bar

                15 Box Jumps 24”            

 

 

 

Chris pushed really hard today and overcame his body wanting to quit.  Great job pushing past that comfort zone.
