Warm up:            Lots of med ball passing

 

WOD:    CrossFit Baseball

                15 min AMRAP of:

                  Push ups for a hit,

                  10 Burpees on 1st base,

                  Over a 6ft wall to second base for some Curb Jumps,

                  Around building to 3rd base and Dumbell Thrusters,

                  In to home for Pullups = one run.  Keep going for as many runs as possible!

Today’s teams tied in runs so that means a rematch needs to be played.

Burpee fun…

up and over the wall…

run around to box jump the curb…

run around to thrusters, Yeah!
