                     200 m Run

                     30 OHS

                     1 Rope climb

 

Skill: KBS

 

WOD:   For time:

300 m Run

                3 Rounds of:

                  20 KBS #53

                  20 Pull ups

                300 m Run

The 300 m run bookend the 3 Rounds.  Start and end with the run.  Nice job from everyone today!
