WARM UP:         10 minutes step ups                      

                                20 wall ball sit-ups

                                10 minutes find max height box jump

WOD:    4 Rounds for total calories/reps:

                2 min row

                  Rest 30 seconds

                2 min double unders

                  Rest 30 seconds

 

 

Anthony is working through Foundations and will soon be smashing WODS.  Be sure to introduce yourselves.
