WARM UP:  40-30-20-10 Reps of

                Double Unders

                Sit ups         

WOD:    AMRAP 20 Minutes

                8 Box Jumps

                6 KB Swings

                4 HSPU

                2 Burpees

With the power off at the gym, the team amped up the place with mega watt energy.  There was electricity in the air!  A really great effort from everyone today.  Nice work!

Anthony post WOD.  Anthony has tenacious drive during the workouts.  His effort’s are very inspiring. 

Caleb demonstrates perfect hand stand push up form.  We’ll be taking away his pillows real soon.

Pushing through the pain…If you’re late for the WOD you get the big box and the big kettle bell.  The intensity created by the stopwatch really trains mental toughness.  When you think you’ve reached your limit, just do more.
