WOD: “Murph”
For Time…
Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile
This is a classic CrossFit Hero WOD that is very tough. We had a few team-mates unable to complete the WOD under the 1 hour cut-off, but they finished anyhow. That kind of effort and desire is what it’s all about and we encourage it. It is very inspiring to see you guys not let the workout beat you. I LOVE IT! Chris, Michael, Anthony, Nick, Caleb, Dave, Marjorie, Matt and Shawn all “accepted the challenge” of Murph and everyone did their best. That’s all that matters. Great work you guys!

Micheal (right) is super strong as demonstrated by this perfect pushup. Believe it or not, this was Chris’ very first CrossFit WOD. He was not afraid of the Murph at all. Definately not a beginners workout. I guess he isn’t much of a beginner… AWESOME WORK DUDE!
