WOD:    For Time-

17 Squat/Roll/Box Jump

                17 K2E

                17 Squats

                17 Sit Ups

                17 Lunges

                17 Pull Ups

                17 Squats

                17 Push Ups

                17 K2E

                7 HSPU

Anthony, Tristen, Michael, and Marcy all came in today and did great.  This looked easy on the board but grimaced faces soon told a different story.  Everyone did an awesome job!
