WOD:  “Hellacious Helen” ( CrossFit Games 2010 Saturday morning WOD)

For time:

Run 1200 meters

63 KBS

36 Pull-ups

Run 800 meters

42 KBS

24 Pull-ups

Run 400 meters

21 KBS

12 Pull-ups

 

Anthony, Tristen, Nick, Shawn, Scott, and Dave all gave their best effort and found out just how BAD ASS the CrossFit Games competitors are.  This WOD was no joke.  Arms and shoulders really felt heavy at the end.  Nice way to kick ass on a Monday!  We had two new ladies,  RoseAnn and Sharon complete the intro WOD.  Great job ladies!

Anthony kicking ass on the pull-ups.  Anthony is starting to really see and feel the results of his hard work.  He’s excited and tries even harder as he knows it’s paying off.  Evidence based fitness…very cool, very cool.
