WARM UP:         2 Rounds

40 weighted sit-ups

40 Lunges

40 Double Unders

WOD:     4 Rounds for Time

                10 Pull-ups

                20 Squats

                20 Burpees

DURABILITY:       2 Rounds

                                40 Flutter Kicks

                                40 Leg Levers

                                40 Good Morning Darlings

Today everybody brought amazing energy into the WOD.  Some really awesome efforts were put out.  You guys ROCK!  Some were seriously laid flat out at the end.  Very Nice!  These kinds of efforts are very inspiring and everybody feeds off of each other.  This camaraderie is great and a key element in helping to reach your individual goals.  You’ll get out of it what you put in to it.  The better the effort, the better the results.  Keep it up!
