Anthony, Caleb and Matt went big with the iron today. Lots of plates were loading the bars to find their 3 rep max. Then strip em down and start squating! There were some quivering legs at the end. That’s good, we are building strong tree trunks! Get some!!! We also welcomed Jessica in for her free Intro WOD.
