This was an interesting workout today. On the board the overhead squats were intimidating, but in actuality it was the V-ups that presented the biggest challenge. The OHS hit the core nicely but coupled with the v-ups really sent one into the fetal position.
And of special note! We want to send a big shout out to two of our own. If anyone wondered where Scott and Dave have been this week, they are in Wisconsin attending Oshkosh, the largest aviation gathering in the country. But they are keeping fit and representing CrossFit Hidef!!! Nice work guys. Thanks for the pics and we miss you. Fly home safe and have a great time. Tail winds…
