Skill:

One shot at a max hold for time of the following:

L-sit

Handstand

Plank

Wall sit

WOD:

AMRAP 25 min

2 Muscle ups

4 HSPU

6 Squats

Caleb is a virtual chair.  He held the wall sit for 9 minutes!!!  That has to be some kind of record.  And Will held a 3 minute plank and probably stopped because he was bored or something.  But after all the fun, the WOD was very challenging.  Most of us don’t have muscle up’s yet so we sub 3 pull-ups/3 dips for one muscle-up.  Caleb having just recently learned the muscle up tackled the WOD as RX’d and did awesome!

The Chair!

Muscle up’s work the entire upper body and core.  It’s a great strength/power move.
