                     30 Tuck Jumps

                     20 Burpees

                     20 Tuck Jumps                             

WOD:    2 minute MAXIMUM effort,  1 minute rest

 Row 5 Rounds

                 Sprint (10 yds) 5 Rounds

Durability:  3 Rounds of

                      50 flutter kicks

                      50 sit ups

                      50 leg levers
