Wow, everybody was smoke checked with today’s WOD. Anthony and Renee came in early and set a fast pace, then Marjorie totally dropped the hammer and made the evening guys push really hard to try to best her time. Everyone maintained great intensity and pushed very hard to the end. Be proud of yourselves. This stuff isn’t easy, but it’ll pay off. Pictures to come later…(sorry I forgot the camera at the gym)
