Warm up:            30-20-10 reps of

double unders

sit ups

 

Skill:        sprints in the form of red light green light

 

WOD:    8 minute AMRAP

10 broad jumps

30 ft. sprint

10 agility jumps

30 ft. backwards sprint

 

or

 

WOD:    10 Rounds for an average time

200 m sprint

2 minute rest

 

 

Danielle and Peyton are doing great!  It won’t be long before you see their names on the leader board.

 

 

Today’s sprints were no joke. 

 

 

Caleb demonstrates proper form…when you give your all, do not be ashamed of this position.  Nicely done sir, you earned it!
