SKILL:    1 RM Bench Press

 

 

 

WOD:     “Linda”  (aka 3 bars of death)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps

Dead lift 1½ BW (bodyweight)

Bench Press BW

Clean ¾ BW

 

 

Anthony stacked on the plates finding his 1 RM bench press.  This guy is stronger every day!

 

 

 In only her second week, Tammy was ready for “Linda”.  After civil introductions, Tammy kicked Linda’s ass!  You go Girl!!

 

 

Coach tried her hand at Linda after the crew was through.  Great Focus
