WOD: “The Bear”
7 Reps of each sequence:
5 Rounds for loads
Rest between rounds and add weight as necessary. Rest during a round must be done with the bar off the floor. If the bar touches the floor any longer than the “touch and go” you’re done. This was our first time completing this classic CrossFit WOD. It was chosen specifically for Dave Berry, aka “The Bear”. Dave is leaving tomorrow to return to school so this was a fitting send off. Everybody did wonderful completing the workout. We saw some heavy loads going up! Nice work indeed!
