Today’s WOD was really two different WODS, but relatively low volumes. We want to welcome Christina and Jamie! Be sure to introduce yourselves, if not, 25 burpees for being anti-social!!! Today we also had Ryan and Octavio come down from Ft. Irwin and join us in the WOD. You guys ROCK! Thanks for coming in, we hope to see you back more often.
Octavio (above) and Ryan (below) both had awesome Muscle ups and just killed it on the AMRAP. Super strong!
