WOD:
7 Rounds for time of:
7 front squats
7 Chest-to-bar pull ups

 

Tough Mudder Crew Rendezvous at the box 0730 for 0800 departure.  Everyone else rest up for Sunday.  And be ready to kick ass.

If you were, or are planning on going to spectate the Tough Mudder, be advised that they charge a large spectator fee.  Just a heads up. 

Keep The Challenge results coming in.  Some of you are showing very impressive changes.  We need all the data so we can tally up the results.
