POOL WOD:  With a partner,

5 Rounds for time of:

50 yd sprint

5 Sinking-object passes while treading water

If you drop your object, dive and get it.

 

WOD:  Pull ups, more pull ups and then a pull up.  Slam the heavy hard then,

Slam!

 

For time:

200m Walking lung R+L+R+L+OHS
