Updates will be weak sauce for the next few days.  Our PC is down with the flu.  It’s in ICU on a ventilator but we are expecting a full recovery.

Hold! Dean The Machine

40 pull ups / static barbell hold

60 wall balls / static hold chin-over-bar

50 ft buddy carry

40 box jumps alternating

50 ft buddy carry

2 muscle ups
