WOD:  CrossFit Games Open Qualifier WOD 12.2

Proceed through the sequence completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

#75 snatch, 30 reps

#135 snatch, 30 reps

#165 snatch, 30 reps

#210 snatch, AMRAP

 

 

We really enjoyed today, you guys are a great team.  Good job on the WOD.  Great job on the food!  The kids were even awesome.  Hope everyone enjoyed the massage treatment if you got one.  We really enjoyed the social time.

The Challenge top contenders will recieve their winnings next week.  In the meantime, keep up “the way” with your nutrition and look for continuing results.  We’ll have another nutrition challenge coming just around the corner.
