Happy Happy Birthday.

Homework:  Do you follow Twitter?  Please follow @HighDefinitio11 or follow the link on the Right—-> We’ll use this to broadcast various random sometimes useless trivia, dropping knowledge and simple awesomeness.  Also you’ll stay current with spontaneous updates and “out of box” events.  If you don’t “Tweet”, but you’re a “text-er” (I know you are), you can receive our Twitter feed via text.  Stay connected, like a big group hug:)

WOD:  Run around, walk like a crab, flip some tires then

Rest 3 minutes between efforts

Record each maximum effort and try to keep within 5 seconds.  Rip!
