WOD:  Step up the warm up.  Practice those double unders.  Hollow rocking around the heavy barbells.  Squat until you get stapled to the floor, well, err, or just before you get stapled.  Your call.

7 Rounds for time of:

Dione extended and locked out, Raven exploding up. Great action ladies!

10 Single arm power snatch (5 ea arm)

10 Burpees
